Karolina is a graduate from the Registered Massage Therapy Program at CDI College in October 2022. She has immigrated to Canada from Poland at age 14 and has flourished in her education. She is excited to work together towards getting you to be able to do what you love to do; whether that would be hiking, playing sports, partaking in winter or summer activities or simply being able to enjoy your everyday life pain-free. She focuses on mind and body integration and your overall well-being to help alleviate stress, fatigue and chronic pain. Karolina believes that massage therapy can aid in managing present and past injuries, reduce dysfunction and improve mobility. Some modalities that she utilizes in her treatments are Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Muscle Energy Techniques, Active Release Techniques and Passive Stretching. She trusts that tying it all together through diaphragmatic breathing, patient relaxation and education can assist in reaching the goals that have been set: achieving the optimal level of function physically and emotionally. Therapist is not currently taking new patients Guided by a keen interest in health care, Jacalyn pursued a career in Massage Therapy and graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, BC in 2014. During her schooling she took the occasion to volunteer with the woman’s Canadian Rugby Team. Jacalyn was able to gain experience at many sports outreaches. She also had the chance to aid in the comfort of people living with multiple sclerosis, paralysis, and chronic regional pain syndrome, cancer, and burn survivors.
In her practice over the last five years she has worked with the BC Lions, and many of the men’s professional rugby teams. Jacalyn has also been treating people with ongoing injuries from motor vehicle accidents, work injuries, and other chronic ailments. Jacalyn believes stretching, strengthening, and self-care go hand in hand with an effective massage treatment. She is impassioned with how the body works as a whole and makes sure to incorporate all appropriate aspects to ensure the patient’s goals are met.

Shelby graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. She was first introduced to the benefits of massage therapy when she was a teen and had been experiencing tension headaches. Since then, she has made massage a part of her regular wellness routine, encouraging her friends and family to do the same.
When Shelby’s sister was pregnant with her first child, she had the opportunity to see the benefits of massage therapy and how it relates to women’s health. She realized that a career as an RMT would be one that she could bring her passion into, and one that could help her friends, family, and strangers in all stages of life. She is looking forward to gaining more knowledge and experience in women’s health, pre and postnatal, and infant care.

Melanie attended the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy and graduated from a 3000 hour program in 2014. Her interest in the body and health began while studying Anatomy & Physiology at the University of the Fraser Valley in 2010. At UFV, she graduated with a General Studies diploma with a majority of her coursework being in Kinesiology and Psychology. With 10 years of experience, she has worked with a wide range of conditions, but has focused her continuing education in Soft Tissue Release, Pregnancy Massage, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization and Functional Range Release. She was certified as a yoga teacher with the yoga alliance in 2017, and enjoys offering a holistic approach by incorporating therapeutic yoga, stretches and breathing exercises into her treatment plan. In 2018, Melanie became apart of the faculty at WCCMT and taught massage to students providing therapy at a men’s drug and addiction center. Melanie is passionate about helping athletes reach their peak performance, whether in preparation, maintenance, or recovery of their sport. In her practice, she has experience with professional athletes and has worked for sports events such as Iron Man Canada, HSBC Rugby Sevens, and was a core member with the BC Lions massage therapy team for 3 seasons. In her leisure time Melanie keeps an active lifestyle including rock climbing, hiking, yoga and in 2018 ran her first full distance marathon and since then has gone on to complete three half marathons.
She believes her greatest strength as a practitioner is listening to her patients and coming up with an individual plan that will best suit their needs. In her clinical experience, Melanie has worked with several injuries including but not limited to whiplash, postural dysfunction, migraines, muscle strains and carpal tunnel. Over the years she has had a variety of clientele including patients suffering with acute and chronic pain due to motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s, and multiple sclerosis. Melanie is confident that whether you are needing deep tissue, pregnancy or relaxation massage she can adjust her style to meet her patients needs in a safe and effective way.

Kiarrah graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in April 2024. She began her massage journey at a young age due to a motor vehicle accident; an accident which led to injuries that only massage therapy could provide relief from. She played competitive soccer through her youth and into her university career, until she concluded that being an RMT was her ultimate career goal and came home to the lower mainland.
In her free time, Kiarrah enjoys being active in any way possible, through the gym, hiking, running half marathons and other various activities.
Kiarrah enjoys working with athletes of all ages, and is certified in level one hot and cold stone therapy. Having dealt with TMJD herself Kiarrah also believes TMJ, face and neck treatments are very beneficial for those suffering with TMJD.

Kim graduated from the Langara RMT program in December 2023 where she learned about the human body in great detail and had the chance to work in different settings such as sporting events, long term care homes, and clinical care.
She gained an interest in this profession while competing in sports herself and found massage therapy to be very beneficial for sports recovery. She hopes to work with a wide variety of conditions and use a mix of massage techniques including Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release.

David graduated in 2018 from the RMT program at Langara College in Vancouver. His previous experience as a personal trainer and nutritional counsellor gave him the foundational knowledge about how the human body can adapt and overcome many things when used in conjunction with therapy.
His skill set can aid with things such as strokes, traumatic sports injuries, headaches, and soreness from daily activities to get you back to doing what you love to do. David knows that helping his patients understand their own body is an instrumental part of effective care. He is committed to encouraging each patient throughout their road to full recovery. David praises a lot of his success towards having a biopsychosocial treatment model that helps him understand his patient’s personal needs for their recovery.
Naturally, David enjoys educating himself and sees the benefit it has for those in his practice. With a focus on the nervous system and its behavior’s, David is eager to find the root cause of our aches and pains. On a personal note, he has enjoyed resistance training over the last 15 years and more recently started teaching at CDI College within the RMT program.

Kurt is a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT). He spent the last 9 years as a personal trainer and CrossFit Coach. His profound interest in the human body and movement began at a young age when he discovered how to change his body with weight training for football, hockey and lacrosse.
During that time, he worked with a wide range of clientele ranging from elite national level athletes of multiple sports, to weight loss, to those with the goal of aspiring to get fit.
Kurt’s goal is eager to share his passion for wellness with his patients by not only treating, but by educating them on how their body works, how it should move, how to prevent further injuries and ultimately, how to improve performance.

Nicole graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy (New West) in April 2022 and obtained her RMT License November 30, 2022. Upon completing her Bachelor of Physical Education and Coaching with a specialization in Kinesiology from Douglas College, she knew massage therapy would be the perfect mix of both human anatomy and movement. Nicole grew up in the sport community playing soccer, basketball, and ultimately softball. Nicole played on the Douglas College varsity softball team during her undergrad. Since retiring as a player, Nicole has continued her involvement in the sport as a youth coach.
Nicole loves being able to positively affect any individual through hands on treatment and therapy. She can provide patients with techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point release, and can release muscles through muscle activation techniques to name a few. She can treat everything from postural concerns to overuse and work/sport related injuries.
Through her time at West Coast, Nicole has gained experience with sport massage, pre and postnatal massage, as well as working with individuals who have specific conditions such as Fibromyalgia.
Nicole takes pride in being able to effectively communicate with her patients in order to provide the patient with what they need to help the issue therapeutically, while also still providing an element of relaxation. Rebecca graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in April of 2023. Before becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, Rebecca achieved her Bachelors of Kinesiology in 2019 and worked as a Kinesiologist. Rebecca grew up playing many different sports and learned about massage and physical therapy when she sustained her own injury while playing volleyball. She learned that there are many components to any injury and it is best to assess the body as a whole to provide the best treatment.
Rebecca has had the privilege of working with a variety of people such as athletes, office workers, pre and post-natal women, people with neurological conditions, geriatric and ICBC clients. She utilizes a variety of techniques such as general Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, PNF, pin and stretch, fascial techniques and joint mobilizations into her treatments. She strives to incorporate her knowledge of health and wellness into her RMT practice while providing patient-centered care in order to help her clients reach their goals and improve their quality of life.
