Cara earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at the University of the Fraser Valley. She is a practicing member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK). Cara is dedicated to providing client-centered care and is passionate about using exercise as a tool to help regain full functional capacity.
Cara is continuously expanding her knowledge in this field and finding ways to incorporate these tools in her own day-to-day life. During her years of professional experience, Cara has had the pleasure of working with clients in various settings including the gym, pool, at-home, and long-term care facilities.
In her spare time, Cara enjoys cycling to the beat of the music at SpinHouse, and walking her dog rain or shine.

Sarah is a Registered Kinesiologist with a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of the Fraser Valley (UFV). Her passion for learning about the human body originated from her years as a gymnast and gymnastics coach. During her time in gymnastics, she was also an athlete and coach in gymnaestrada, a non-competitive group gymnastics sport that involves creative choreographed routines blending gymnastics, dance, and acrobatics. Sarah even had the privilege of performing as an athlete at provincials, nationals and at World Gymnaestrada in Austria in 2019.
Sarah is deeply committed to optimizing function. She specialize in helping individuals improve their movement patterns, correct poor biomechanics, and enhance overall physical function. Whether recovering from an injury, working to improve athletic performance, or simply seeking to move more efficiently, her goal is to provide personalized, evidence-based strategies designed to promote long-term health and injury prevention. Sarah’s approach empowers clients with the knowledge and tools they need to restore and improve balance, strength, mobility, and maintain optimal physical well-being.

Justin Herdman-Reed is a professional athlete in the Canadian Football League (CFL) and certified personal trainer, now focusing on a career in kinesiology and injury rehabilitation. With a background in biomedical physiology and over a decade of experience in high-performance athletics, he brings a unique skill set and passion for helping others achieve optimal health and performance.
Justin graduated from Simon Fraser University (SFU) in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Physiology, where he was also a standout football player. He earned First Team All-Conference honors and was selected by the Toronto Argonauts in the 2017 CFL Draft.
Over a seven-year CFL career, Justin won a Grey Cup and was named Most Outstanding Special Teams Player in 2018. His education in physiology and practical experience as a professional athlete provides a strong foundation for his work as a kinesiologist. Inspired by his experiences in sports and fueled by a desire to help others, Justin became a certified personal trainer and later expanded his expertise into group fitness coaching. His experience coaching a wide range of clients, from athletes to general fitness enthusiasts, has honed his ability to tailor exercise programs to individual needs and ensure safety during physical activity. One of the defining aspects of Justin Herdman-Reed’s journey is his personal experience with injury and rehabilitation. After undergoing surgery for a labrum tear in 2017, he experienced firsthand the challenges of rehabilitation. His own successful rehabilitation process, which included a return to high-level performance, drives his passion for injury prevention and recovery. This experience fuels his desire to help others navigate their own recovery journeys and achieve long-term physical health.
Justin aims to integrate his expertise in performance coaching, rehabilitation, and human physiology to help clients recover from injuries and achieve their fitness goals. His unique combination of athletic experience and academic knowledge makes him a trusted resource for those looking to improve their physical health and overcome challenges, both on and off the field.

Amirah is a UBC Kinesiology graduate with a focused interest in functional movement, somatic integration, and nervous system regulation. She views the body not as a set of symptoms to manage or metrics to optimize, but as a living system with the innate intelligence to adapt, reset, and heal.
Amirah is particularly interested in the connection between core stabilization, movement patterns, and chronic stress and how consistent, intentional movement can support nervous system regulation and long-term resilience.
If it’s your first visit, your kin will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan. It starts with answering a few questions about your health history, then going through several exercises to assess your range of motion, discomfort areas, and any muscle imbalances.
